RE:RE:World's Biggest Uranium Producer May Reclaim Cameco Assets The U.S. utilities get 23% of their uranium supply from Kazakhstan, 20% from Australia, 18% from Canada, 13% from Russia, 9% from Namibia, 6% from the U.S., and 6% 'other'. So, the U.S utilities will be impacted if there is a problem with future U308 production in Kazakhstan. Maybe Kazakhstan needs the money regardless of the U308 price level. So, this is probably mildly bearish.
