How do you figure that Diversified Royalty Corp is run by the former Boston Pizza Guys?  As far as I can see, DIV purchased a royalty from Mr. Lube (which was started by Boston Pizza guys) and the lawyer who helped create the structure for Boston Pizza Royalty is on the board at DIV.  Otherwise, I believe your statement is misleading suggesting that George Melville or Jim Treliving are involved in DIV.
Am I missing anything or were you referring to someone else beside Treliving and Melville or the lawyer who help create the structure?
