There are some folks here who seemed at times to have an inside track as to where the company was headed in the past so i am wondering...have the threats of a lawsuit ,no matter how baseless they were,impacted our ability to raise the nesessary funds to move forward or do folks feel that the optics of delay is just this (the best and most capable of exploiting this opportunity for shareholders)   management team looking at other options that have been floated that might minimize dilution? Any status update as to the shutting up the fellow who threatened the lawsuit (lawfully of course) ?    Are we presently reasonably funded for the short term to see this through?   
Lets hope the door opens next week and folks start thinking locally supplied product .
