RE:guess buyout priceToo many big players that invested at way higher SP that all want a part of a recovery ... SO I doubt it highly there will be a buyout. If EIG can't get it for $6.50 last summer then GL with anything in the sub $2 range! This will likely be some form of debt restructuring that will probably come with dilution. The only possibility of a takeover would be if it were conditional upon the debt restructuring deal, and asset write downs. At least that may prop up the takeover price enough to satisfy Bentancourt and Alpha. But i still think it is a long shot over just restructuring. GL Zoo
