Trouble buying Niko notes (NKO.NT) Disbrow + TD Waterhouse

Tried picking up some Niko notes but was shut out.  !st problem is Mr. Disbrow has been selling shares and buying notes.  2nd problem is that I trade through TD Waterhouse and the Buy/Sell function doesn't work for the notes.  After entering the trade info yinto web broker ou get their message  "This order cannot be placed electronically. Please contact TD Direct Investing........."   So  in order to submit a bid you have to phone in and get one of their reps to place the order.  You also have to explain to them that NKO.NT's  trade interest flat and they of course have to check that out with their supervisor.  So rather than clicking a button to place an order you spend the better part of 20 minutes on the phone with a rep ( and upwards to a 30 minute wait before you get  someone to talk to)  The rep told me that I would be able to make changes to the bid on line through web broker once the initial bid was recorded.  Nope!  tried to up my bid   "This order cannot be placed electronically. Please contact TD Direct Investing........."    Really tough bidding against Mr. Disbrow when TD Waterhouse is your broker.  Why I don't move my accounts someone else is another story.
