This raises an interesting question - If SICPA provides a logistics solution for a country the service fee will include the depreciation of the SICPA owned spectrometers. Because SICPA buys the spectrometers from Xenemetrix is the annual revenue used to calculate the annual royalty to EUO exclude annual depreciation of spectrometers?
