DEBENTURE ..... 200 Units @ $5000.00 per with a .05 WT ...Raising a Million $$$ and the Terms are quite acceptable ..... I called and I liked it even better after speaking to a couple of VID associates ....... early trading gave nervous nellies the change to unload, and as it turned out, there were very few selling at .02 ........ looking good as the Volume remained light and the Bid @ .025 stuck to the end. Good news is that we are exactly at the same price we were at before the HALT almost 3 weeks ago, and yet now we have been restructured and the money shouldn't be difficult to raise with the friendly terms ....... 12% !!! .05 Warrant ??? Nice, imho
