RE:RE:Is DRV Halted?

If they roll back 1:7 that would be around 33 million shares and if the stock price stays the same as it is today at 2 cents, the stock would then be 14-15 cents.

With a 1.5 bid today, selling a 2 cent stock you would be loosing 25% if you paid 2 cents.

However if there is a roll back and the stock is reset to say 15 cents and the bid of 1.5 cents goes up accordingly, that would be a 10 cent bid vs a 15 cent ask. If you sold your shares out then you would take a 30% lose.

With over 200 million shares now and no trading volume like today, what's going to happen when there is only 33 million shares? Investments like this stock are only good if you can sell  and if there is a good bid ask ratio. I think what will happen is that there will be a huge differential between the bid and the ask and lack of volume. The company needs a promoter probably more than anything.

The other problem I see down the road is that insiders can give themselves 5 cent options or get 10 cent financing or something lsilly like that and start the dillusion all over again.
