Well after receiving a call from Mart (  can't remember what he said his name was that called me back ), after calling all three Canadian numbers and the international numbers, the guy tells me that their press release was based on san leon's press release. Now, as someone who actually pays attention to all this, knows that the San Leon didn't  release a press released until after Mart's.

i told that douche bag that they better expect a class action if this falls through again.
