Early stage Kootenay properties

Early stage Kootenay propertiesI noticed that Northair updated (slightly) the Kootenay-Northair merger presentation back on March 3rd.  I only see it (the updated one) on Northair`s website.  Kootenay`s website still has the original January version.

On the updated version (pg 24):

``Prospect Generation Portfolio:

-  In negotiations on an additional JV with a large, well known mining company``

It sounds like Kootenay is working on a deal to JV out one of the remaining grassroots properties.

I don`t know anything about the remaining 7 Kootenay early stage properties that are available to be joint ventured out.

On pg 10 of the updated presentation they list existing 4 grassroots JV`s (excluding the Pan American JV):

1) Silver Fox (Canada) - Antofagasta
2) 2X Fred, Fox (Canada) - Theia Resources
3) San Diego (Mexico) - Alamos Gold
4) Cervantes (Mexico) - Aztec Metals

They also list the existing 7 properties that are available for joint venture deals, as follows:

1) Copley (Canada)
2) Spike`s Big Adventure (Canada)
3) Walter the Water Buffalo (Canada)
4) Conners Creek (Canada)
5) Santa Lucia (Mexico)
6) Guadalupe (Mexico)
7) Male (Mexico)

They will also get the 2 additional early stage projects from Pan American Silver - as part of the deal.

Again, I have no clue which ones have the greatest potential.

As a side note, the new presentation (pg 27) also provides a breakdown of ownership after the Kootenay-Northair merger deal:

KTN Institutions - 39.9%
Pan American - 6.4% (the agreement allows them to add, to get back to 10%)
Condire - 5.6%
Coeur - 5.0%
Agnico - 4.3%
KTN D&O, Family & Friends - 9.4%
INM Mgmt & Directors - 2.6%
Retail & Others - 26.8%
