ProShares UltraShort Semiconductors V.SSG

Primary Symbol: SSG

The investment seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, that correspond to two times the inverse (-2x) of the daily performance of the Dow Jones U. The fund invests in financial instruments that ProShare Advisors believes, in combination, should produce daily returns consistent with the funds investment objective. The index seeks to measure the performance of certain companies in the semiconductor sub-sector of the U.S. equity market. The fund is non-diversified.

RE:The numbers work for Me

RE:The numbers work for MeI'd still like info on those truck and bus OEM's (looking at "styles" for vehicles on website Lonestar and whoever builds buses for London Transit (Ont) seem to be likely ones) but on this numbers thing, that overhang of 43MM shares underlying the Conv Debs at 10c and some at 12c will be a real drag on share price. Who is going to invest even $4.3MM unless they are assured a few cents more on share price when they continue to get a secure 10% return on Debs subordinate only to bank loans. (And what would SSG plan to do with that $4MM!) One  Deb has an auto conv clause but that only kicks in at a 50c average sp so only event that might alter status quo is a buy-out for cash. Hopefully that will materialise but when...2017. It's a bit of a CATCH-22 I fear and in a company that is still macro-dependant and cyclical in nature .
