But, unlike many other insiders with stock who are no longer with Intermap, I believe last count I had insider ownership around ~6 million shares, Don Gardner has been with IMP since 1998 (founded 1997) as a director and is a member of the audit, compensation and independent commities. So, safe to say he's a strong hand, regardless of the intent of this change, whatever it was for.
