GRAHAM NORVAL TO THE BOARD AND OLGA BALANOVSKAYA AS INTERIM CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER Organic Potash Corp. has appointed Dr. Graeme W. Norval, PhD, FCIC, PEng, to the corporation's board of directors. Dr. Norval is the associate professor, associate chair and undergraduate co-ordinator at the department of chemical engineering and applied chemistry at the University of Toronto. Dr. Norval is an appointed member of the Ontario Ministry of Labour's Prevention Council, the education director of the process safety and loss management division of the Chemical Institute of Canada, and the secretary to the board of directors of the Canadian Catalysis Foundation, a non-profit organization supporting catalysis research in Canada. Dr. Norval brings extensive experience and expertise to the board in the area of inorganic process chemistry and engineering that will prove invaluable to the board in assisting with Organic Potash's licensed technology for the production of potassium carbonate and related chemicals. The board wishes to announce that it appointed Olga Balanovskaya, CPA, CGA, as interim chief financial officer. Ms. Balanovskaya has over 15 years of private and public company experience in the capacity of senior controller. She is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario, and has a diploma in international accounting standards from the Institute of Financial Accountants, United Kingdom, and a membership in the Institute of Professional Accountants and Auditors of Russia.
