It sure looks like something is happening, some news got leaked out, or there is something significant is about to happen. The stock had resistance at .25 for a long while and is briefly dipped below for a short period of time, and now has shot up on some heavier volume. This blip didn't just happen for no reason, in my opinion. It could get interesting.
