RE:RE:DirectCash Payments Inc. Announces 2015 Results They need to stablize margin percentages before stock will move sigfiicantly higher.  I feel there is lots of value here, and no issue for them to support dividend, but if they could stabilize/improve margins you would then see the stock move considerably higher.
Longer term, if they could move into other fintech areas like DH Corp did moving out of cheques, this could be a great long term hold.  GLTA.  Long DCI.
