Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

I would like to read what the budget says.

And it's nothing new... they kept saying that they wanted to legalize it, but that they would need to be careful on how the distribution would be implemented because they didn't want it to be too accessible for teenagers/children, and I have to agree with that, we wouldn't want to create a problem either.

But it will be difficult to have a distribution system that isn't a monopole. Because, they will want to reduce to a minimum the number of distribution shops.

I'd say, for a start, maybe let the producers online-shop be the network distribution for recreational as well... however, have a subscription with NAS and different information in order to identify the person and then... if he/she is of age... the transaction could be approved.

We will see.
