I would trust that the third parties who did the PEA have probably done the proper DD with respect to that price. I think the low cost is just a reflection of how cheap it is to do business down there. You would be surprised how cheap our electricity would be if we didn't have so much snow and rugged terrain, and got rid of all the extra costs to employ people here like high income taxes, CPP, EI, Union dues, and high wages because of the Unions. They don't like Unions too much in Alabama and wages are very low, geographically I am guessing that the power combanies benefit from higher population density too.
