Hasn't this been their long-term previously stated strategy?
I would prefer the parent company keep their shares, however, from what I understand, its quite common for these parent companies to sell part of their public assets and use those funds to acquire private assets that sell at a discount to public properties.
Was it not MileSouth that took MileStone public in the first place? By your rationale, MileSouth should have never taken MileStone public in the first place and let their 100% ownership just ride.
