Buyout/Takeover?

Buyout/Takeover?I am not sophisticated enough to know what is happening with MTO. Despite problems with consistent management and results, I am willing to give the company the benefit of the doubt. Over a year ago, I sent an email to MTO asking questions since I had been holding shares for awhile. Instead of an email answer, someone (who I will not name) took the time to call me and talk for 20 minutes. I appreciate that. This person said that he and Sprott had discussed what Sprott's reaction might be to an offer of 40cents/share. Sprott wasn't sure what he would do. Personally, I would be extremely happy with 40cents/share (although more is certainly better!).

In the last couple of weeks, price appreciation has been dramatic, showing us what could happen with this stock. The price drop today is the result of factors beyond MTO's control. Interesting to see what happens next week.
