RE:RE:i think those...If you liked the stock before, there is nothing in the report to make you dislike it, from my perspective. Company delivered on everything they said they would, essentially. If all of a sudden you want to place extra weight of debt load, thats fine, but that same debt load was there yesterday. 5.5x d/ebitda by end of 2016 is what the company targeted before and its what they are targeting now. The share price is the share price.

There was no magical miracle debt reduction by 50% in this quarter but thats not what was forecasted by the company. If you dont believe the company's forecast, thats fine, but if you go on what they forecasted and what they are forecasting, and you believe them, I doubt you will change your opinion on the company. The near term share price, I think can be argued, has more to do with sentiment than actual numbers.

Certainly not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold, just my thoughts.

Disclosure: I have a 1.2% position in CXR and so maybe those who hold more and are more familiar with the company can offer greater insight.
