Syrah ResourcesI've always thought Syrah would be perfect ... Lots of money, and a declared desire to have a North American footprint so they can be considered Global suppliers ... I'm betting there will be an announcement in April, after it becomes clear that the customer interest in EVs is ramping up ... I bet Tesla Model 3 advance orders will shock to the upside ... . And put pressure on Tesla to act once it becomes clear they aren't ready ... And yes, Made in America is ALPs trump card ...
