Why would you say you don't need to money... wtf don't spit on it.
Tell shareholders, that the money won't be spent immediately for the ramp up, but that's it's for endorsment and needed to give confidence for additonnal orders.

It's like they do that on purpose... cmon don't spit on the people. If you want to reassure shareholders, learn to talk publicly because they are shooting themselves in the foot with such a mouth.

I'd say they put the wrong person as leaders... they don't even know that they need to choose their words carefully.
