Taste store bought kombucha the other day. Tastes great! Hope you read about the dangers associated with it consumption, not just the supposed benefits. I think I will also stick with store bought and stay away from any homemade version. I have grown my own sourdough culture, or levain, as they say in France, but bread is not a worry, as it is cooked at 500 pls degrees.
