RE:The Comapny Performed, Management disappointed.

RE:The Comapny Performed, Management disappointed. I don't care bout whether a company is "truly global, open, transparent and responsive". I care about earnings per share. When you look at Ben Graham, Buffett, Lynch and read their books they are all accountants at heart, who need to see the numbers and don't care about the window dressing.

Buffett once said "short term the market is a voting mechanism, long term the market is a weighing mechanism".

He meant that things like whether the CEO had swagger on the CC or whether he wanted to disclose competitive product information to investors or not, matters in the short term to the share price.
In the long term, earnings per share matters.

CXR management hit the numbers (according to RBC's take on the quarter, not mine) and reaffirmed guidance, in case you all missed it.
