Some Ideas

Some Ideas     How about this, Dino.  Bring in an outside consultant to look at the possibility of Teuton absorbing Silver Grail once and for all.  Perhaps the consultant can also find a way to monetize some of Teuton's assets in ways that haven't been considered.  Absorbing SVG would mean picking up some new silver projects and keeping the SVG shell as a wholly owned subsidiary for another purpose; say, a drilling company.  In any event, the shell alone would have a value.

Maybe we can start to think outside the box a bit.  Those jointly owned properties, like Konkin and Midas, just make things more confusing than need be.  I know that it costs money to do a fair accounting so that SVG shareholders get their due, but it's something you might want to think about down the road.
