good to great

good to great
one of the takeaways from this book was the companies that are successful over a long period of time are led by less than flamboyant people who let those under him share the spotlight. MT strikes me as one of these leaders who let his VPs lead the call and stepping in when needed (question on new drug release). Sure, they stumbled at times but this is part of getting new faces up front. May not be good in the short term but good in the long term. I just hope we don't have to wait for 50 years to find out. LOL
