RE:RE:RE:RE:Cash on handLumberforeverlong:  buyers cannot offer over 120% premium on the present share price of the company they are buying as it will be hard to justify to their shareholders.
40-50% premium is the norm in a takeover and thus my theory of the buyout happening when Cxr hits the 50 CAN level.  On the other hand they cannot wait too lob since more of the debt will be paid every month that goes by giving Cxr the right to ask for a higher buyout price.   I'm estimating may- August this year.
