RE:RE:RE:INSIDER TRADES....

RE:RE:RE:INSIDER TRADES....There may be no advantage to insiders buying stock now...at least not as far as I'm concerned. What I mean is that as an insider, they are privvy to insider trading rules.I am not an accountant nor a lawyer, but plenty of insiders have gotten into trouble breaking these rules. They have only bought a small amount really,10,000 here and there, and this was after the news,so I dont think its an issue IMHO.IF they know of an impending counter-offer they could be held accountable, but again ,thats only another angle I'm proposing.
Much talk on this board about a counter-offer,and I hope it comes true, but my gut says it wont.I agree we are worth far more, but its a tough market out there.Hindsite is easy and we all should have bought when it was sub $1.
BUT..now we stand to make a nice gain from $1.80 ish..all the way to $2.20..
Logic tells us to borrow $100,000 to buy at $1.80...we will not find a better way of making money.

So why arent we all doing just that??
