What I say about "corruption"

What I say about "corruption"

Much of this text is to me incomprehensible, since I don't know English well and it's a legal argument.
I don't know if the Canadian legislation on anti corruption is very virtuous and policymakers (politicians) are in the betters, much more than in Europe, certainly seen that in Europe, where I live the corruption is the bread of every day, I remember large companies accused of corruption in Africa, especially the energy, not for thousands of dollars as it is the case of Magindustries , but by hundreds of millions of euros (SAIPEM) and what to say about politicians, most of the Spanish Government is accused of corruption by millions of euros. Corruption is the characteristic feature of the current power, but surely in Canada is an extraordinary and uncommon factor, more hypocrisy, given that Canada is part of the Western bloc, and also there will be rule and no exception. It is curious that these anti-corruption measures are very hard when companies have Chinese capital, who knows why.
Canadian politicians worry much about corruption, pity that are not so attentive with their companies go into bankruptcy and do not worry about the number of European investors who have ruined!
