That reasoning is beyond flawed.  Look at the market cap of GE, Apple, and Google.  Their market caps are around 350-500 Billion and their position in their respective fields is way better than Ucore could ever be.

It is wrong to look at it from the perspective of surplanting EVERY Chinese rare earth mine.  For starters, they actually OWN their mines.  Ucore, with the hub and spoke model, isn't owning mines or building them (besides Bokan).  They're a seller of services and thus have little to no actual assets.  They skim money off the top from other people who DO have assets.  

If MRT succeeds, I could see Ucore conservatively dealing with about 1 billion in total sales in their height of success.  With a conservative price/earnings ratio of 8-10, this puts them in the 10 Billion dollar range.  With the current number of shares and assuming no more dilution, that would make this stock $41.
