RE:RE:RE:$33's!Digitel, The market is clearly not trusting the adjusted earnings. Buying companies and showing losses in the form of "costs" is misleading. Ninety per cent of assets are in goodwill and intangibles. And I was disturbed yesterday at the corporate jet allocation (and I checked the flight logs and this baby sits most of the week) ...... but even more troublesome is the dilution of shares by issuance and compensation shows a 77% increase in 2015. These ex-Bioval execs are clearly looking out for themselves and not the stakeholders. AMCo execs are being weeded out (AMCo CFO was terminated January 2016)! Clearly this is sounding more Valeant-ish by the day and board members wonder why the stock price is trading in concert with VRX.
