As of Feb 2016, Haywood still has 7.5M shares, 9.6%. Perspective Advisor Inc has 6.7M shares8.89% and Richard Schottenfield has 1.3M shares, 1.7%. I am sure that Haywood is not happy either and having lots of meeting with Jim.
