Why are the debentures so undervalued? The common stock is currently $33.40 and the Debentures are at $255. It is my understanding that the Debentures are convertible at $10 so $100 principal amount results in the holder getting 10 shares. If that is the case then the Debentures should at least be trading at around $334. Why are they trading at an almost 25% discount? What am I missing? Thanks for any input.
