RE:RE: CXR-T 2016-03-29 DON'T BUY James Hodgins Took on Concordia's "Monopoly of the Generic" is about to end soon when another generic is fastracked by the FDA.  Donnatal currently priced at $797 for a 30 day supply.  Investors should see what the price of the drug was in 2012 and see if Concordia is innocent of price gouging.  Drug pricing advocate groups are about to fight back at Canadian pharma theives!  Why have doctors closed their doors to Donnatal sales reps in Q1?   Hmmmmm......  And the analyst on the conference call was wondering why volumes of Donnatal were down on Q1. Management said sales people were pulled out of the field for two weeks and that was the reason.  Due your own diligence as investors of Concordia.

Took on roughly 7 turns of debt, i.e. 7X their annual EBITDA, to make their most recent acquisition.  They are also seeing some problems in the US where they raised the price of their largest drug Donatel to something like 500%. That is likely to come under political pressure. Had been Short this, but it is getting to a level where it is more of a “stay away”.
