Lol , just like couple want to devorce at this oil stage
guy wants to hold all oil share and girl gets the rest cash property
Though 1:1
but oil share worth times more than existing cash property when oil recovers to 100 dollar per barrel.
So same thing here , I would say even buy out is not welcome here.
As this stock will go back to 20 dollar when oil is at 80 dollar per barrel.
By then Alpha will be happy.
