RE:RE:RE:New 52 week high....Agreed, I am sure there is lots going on in the background, but I have to wonder strategically how this will play out. Is there benefit in exercising the ROFO early, or does it make sense to wait until late in the 60 day period to make it known that they will be taking the property? I guess there are pros and cons on both sides, they might get better terms on debt if they do it early, and it removes any doubt from acquirers that they do in fact have the asset locked up. Leaving it late might let more interested parties do due diligence and allow them to have more options. Not sure, but it is exciting to be involved in this. My thoughts are that one way or another, we will get $9-12 a share at some point in the next 90 days. Maybe even a bit higher. Curious what every one else is thinking about how this will pay out.
