RE:Priced in?Great point.    50%+ decrease in share price since Jan 1st on nothing but positive news.  Market has been acting odd with some of these fallen stars of late....I wouldn't be surprised to see a relief rally tomorrow - changes are on the table and management is looking forward.  Ten Peaks just disappointed and the share price dropped then popped within a couple of days.  I guess we will see shortly.  I like the longer term prospects for PHM, too bad about this hiccup after announcing a great last quarter.  Another quarterly beat would have likely started the shares back to new highs.....let's see.
