The booklet asks very celarly to vote for the deal.
It says the board is in full agreement.
I dont expect anything contrary to what they have sent me.

I am  confused.
I am also not sure to what extent my vote will affect the agreement.

Is it a done deal?
Am I  asked just to nod my head?
I alreeady lost a considerable amounts in this and CZA( another dog!)

An inside GP buys in large tranches and agrees to sell for 1/3 or 1/4 price.
What kind of investment it is?

Is VMS totally broke?
What is happening wiht Cu production in reed mine with HBM?
