RE:Winter Road to build all-season.

RE:Winter Road to build all-season.I would hope so but the way things stand I can't see anything being produced for years.
They can't just mine and ship. All the infrastructure has to be in place before they mine a single ounce as I understand it. And all the instrumentation and control systems need to be installed and up and running before they discharge any effluent into prairie creek.
first they have to get all the equipment to the mine site. Build the water treatment plant, paste and backfill plant, refurbish the mill, build a camp, hire miners and surface staff and train them etc, etc.
before they do any of that tho they need M-O-N-E-Y. $59 million the first year, I think, the rest of the $216 million in year 2. And that is just to get it built. Year one on the winter road? Year 2 on the all season road? The contingency money is to cover operating expenses before they sell any concentrate.
If by some miracle, pressure can be exerted on the MVRB and MVLWB to fast track the road approval then maybe.......the more I think about it, the more depressed I get.
only hope is they cut a deal with the smelters for some up front cash to keep going.
