Company should concentrate on showing profit instead of growing the portfolio. Company has yet to prove that its model is profitable. NAV is based on cost incurred on building the facilities and not the market values of the facalities.

In today's conference call  only one analyst ask questions. It seems institutional investor are getting out. Can management tell when will there be positive cash flow from operation? Q4 is consider best * but BPE lost 0.56M.
