The IV formulation is out-licensed worldwide.

Like this too but don't understand share structure ...A little help.  So they are issuing $50 M of sub shares and another $200 M in an offering to come.

70% ownership of company is non sub shares ?  So will it be just the traded shares that get diluted ? This is probably wrong as it does not make sense.  

Looking to maybe taking a position after offering when I understand how dilutive this is.  Sounds like a great acquisition though.
