RE:Departure of EVP Infrastructure - March 31, 2016 I am curious to know the reason for her departure. She was appointed VP of Infrastructure in Q1 of 2015. So she's only been in the position for a year (ish).
Considering the magnitude of change that BYL has undertaken, Im not surprised to see another Exec. leave the company. But so soon?
I find it interesting that CEO Randy Dewey is assuming her position in the time being... He's seems like a 'Hands-on' type of guy. Form BOD to CEO to Infrastructure, This guy can do it all!
Now this raises the question, Is he spreading himself to thin? Does he have a vision (and goals) for the company that others are not seeing? It would be good for BYL so shed some light on the situation. This is when I really wish their Web-site were up to date...
The way I see it, these are the growing pains of a changing company. If BYL were a mid or large cap TSX company, I'd probably be worried. But considering how small it is and their recent turnaround, this isn't big news.
PS - To all of you who don't know, Galtronics is basically the heart and soul of Baylin. Galtronics has a VERY interesting history. Search for Ken Crowell if you want to know more about the history of the company.
