RE:Five cents one way or the otherThis looks like an opportunity to allow insider investors to flood their money in at bottom of the barrel prices before the run upwards.  Cant really blame them.  When this closes quickly (Which it will) the public will know this was just a poerfectly timed favor to their rich buddies to get in on the ride to riches from the bottom.  $5 mil at 2c today is going to be worth a fortune in a few years.
