This I have to agree with 100% - Chen is not the guy to build the company - he is there for cost control - they need a larger partner with more Growth and Heft to really maximize the assets they own - Im not sure changing CEOs is the best move - Partnering - being taken out by someone much larger makes the most sense - Im sure Prem, Chen, etc.. all know this
