RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Commercial Production at CaribouI'm not sure exactly what they were getting at in the CC, but interest expense is not usually part of all-in cash costs.  That just usually includes site costs, sustaining capex, exploration, and a share of corporate G&A.  Regardless, if interest was intended to be part of the 80c/lb, then remember that once Caribou declares commercial production, then part of that interest would be included in Caribou's all-in costs.  Interest on debt is a fixed number.
