RE:RE:RE:estimates + Sherpa Mine dataHey Silverwhere.

You are definitely bringing some enthusiasm to the board. Hopefully you signed up for the long haul.

I don't personally know Kaiser. Met him once at a conference.

He has actually gone out of his way and predicted some capital costs and a bunch of other costs.

Here is the latest public link -- Kaiser Visualization

You can see an estimate of $400 million for the initial capital and sustaining capital of $150 million....but he has acknowledge he is 'somewhat unsure' of the initial estimate and very unsure of the sustaining capital cost.

The biggest missing piece is the capital cost of an all season road or the operating cost of an annual ice road. That could squeeze up to $100 million for an all season road...but I've also indicated maybe they could do a 'lite' weight 1 lane all season road (ie. labour force) and do an ice road for heavy equipment.

That trade itself would make Kaiser's number put into question...that is why they are doing a trade off....to see which one costs less now considering the LOM.

One that sticks out the most for me in his chart is a $50/tonne milling cost.
He does acknowledge very unsure...it does seem abnormally high.

He has another visualization coming public in a couple of weeks that will include some updates.

...so $400 million CAD in capital cost....doesn't sound too off to me.

These are high value small footprint pipes. ...low overburden..no lake.

LONG...PGD
