RE:RE:RE:RE:April 15Lattice:  I believe the earn out differal is at 8% while bridge is at %9.5.  My thoughts ar three fold on why I beleive MT is very keen on deleveraging sooner than later.  
1.  He's very upset about the SP as his public comments have been quite strong about being cautght up in this.  (BNN interview and buying 32000 shares at $31USD )

 2.  The equity offering done to finance AMCO was at $65 USD.  His reputation with banks and investors gets quite tainted if these investors don't see some profits.  (no one wants to see their investors lose half thier money)  This is a very important point.  

3. The market is very focused on this metric and will be into the near future.

However CXR now has a global distribution ability that makes a tuck in quite tempting.  I think there will be a balance.  A small accretive tuck in that shows the market the value of this distribution network and a fairly sizable pay down of bridge loan...
