Mexico City . Mexican conglomerate Alfa would again in talks to buy Canadian oil company Pacific Exploration & Production Corp, according to people familiar with the matter, reported Thursday news agency Bloomberg.
Alfa in conjunction with the energy investment firm Harbour Energy, last year offered 2 billion Canadian dollars by the company, but the offer was considered insufficient by some shareholders and was withdrawn in July 2015.
