Hi bill, no promotion that i'm aware of. I came to know this stock by following some posters here.
that said I know there is a stockhouse editorial on pkk. I also know that the CEO of the billion dollar cie investing in peak will present, and explain why he is doing this deal with pkk.  If you ask me, fintech sector is the next big thing... some are saying this venture between peak and that chineese firm could be the next alibaba, I don't know, but to me it look very promising.

 

Reverse takeover are fun deal for retailers to be part of... Take a look:
It is not exactly the same scheme for pkk, but not far from it I would assume.
