I also own PYR, owned it first and found UBR via them. Got into UBR at .03 and have to admit that I have played the swings a bit with 1/4 of my position, so my cost on the total position is now about .02. I like that PYR has other stuff going on so yes it is not as leveraged to the PUREVAP test results as UBR but that is ok for me. Also remember that PYR gets 10% of the UBR revenue, and unless I am mistaken that is 10% of the gross revenue not the net earnings, that will make a big difference.
